Hub General
Manager – Pret-a-Manger
Reports
to: Area Manager
Direct
Reports: Assistant Managers in both hub and spoke stores. Leaders,
FOH team, BOH team in hub store only.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
·
Develop, lead and maintain the Pret culture and
behaviours, along with Iceking’s values across your hub and spoke stores
·
Day-to-day management & leadership of your stores,
supporting our teams on the frontier
·
Recruiting, training, coaching and developing your
teams - from part time Team Members to full time Managers.
·
Implementing and enforcing Brand Standards and
company operating procedures in relation to Hub & Spoke model
·
Managing labour scheduling to budget, to ensure
efficiency and accuracy of preparation and delivery of products to the Spoke
stores
·
Reviewing Hub Kitchen Assistant Managers’ performance
and implementing development and improvement plans
·
Reviewing Spoke Assistant Managers’ performance and
implementing development and improvement plans
·
Managing your stores inter-store transfers of
staff/stock, customer satisfaction, audits, labour cost analysis, food cost
analysis.
·
Maximising sales and profit growth
·
Accurate ordering to ensure strong sales growth in
line with COGS and waste budgets set by the company
·
Ensure all drivers are onboarded in line with company
procedure
·
Ensure the fleet is maintained as per company
standard and issues escalated via the relevant process
·
Leading your team to succeed in any and all audits
and mystery shopper visits
·
Leading your team to ensure production principles are
followed
·
Any other reasonable requests from the Iceking Senior
Leadership Team or your line manager
Your KPI’s
·
Your KPI’s will be agreed and communicated by your
line manager
Salary
·
Starting salary of £33,000 per annum
Working
Hours
· 45 hours a
week
· Working
days are Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week, with flexibility of days
off to be planned across weeks
· A minimum
requirement to complete at least 2 night shifts per week. Nights to be varied across the weeks, in
order that the hub night operation can be fully reviewed and adjusted as
required to ensure maximum efficiency output.
· Flexible
approach to working days/times to ensure effective management of an operation
which trades across 7 days a week.
· Supporting
the teams across day and night shifts to ensure an effective operations.
