As a HR Business Partner, you will provide strong HR Business Partnering support, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive improvement and change. You will contribute to the delivery and embedding of the HR people strategy, proactively addressing people challenges while considering financial, operational, and personnel impacts.
Main Duties & Accountabilities:
1. Transform and strengthen organisational culture with the Head of HR & OD and People Director.
2. Develop and implement the HR strategy across the organisation.
3. Identify and implement improvements in people practices.
4. Embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in all HR activities.
5. Develop and embed wellbeing initiatives.
6. Maintain strong relationships with managers and directors, providing HR advice and guidance.
7. Understand departmental objectives and key people issues.
8. Develop and implement pay and compensation strategies.
9. Provide tailored HR advice using metrics and data.
10. Manage complex employee relations cases.
11. Up skill managers on HR practices.
12. Support change management programs.
13. Lead HR projects with proper governance.
14. Manage recruitment initiatives.
