This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and timely, high-quality production across various machines, including:Sodeme (Gluer/Stitcher)Casemakers (Printing/Die Cutters)WeipongCurioniTCYAs a Machine Operative, you will play a vital role in driving production, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality and efficiency in every job. Key Responsibilities:Production Management: Ensure daily production schedules are met and jobs are completed on time with accurate specifications. Report any issues or schedule disruptions to the Production Manager.Productivity Targets: Achieve set targets and optimal productivity levels.Health & Safety: Maintain company health and safety standards and report unsafe practices.Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality checks to meet customer requirements and industry standards.Time Management: Maintain excellent time-keeping, taking breaks within designated times.Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and safety within the work area; tidy machines after each job.Machine Maintenance: Follow maintenance programs, clean, and oil machines during and after shifts.
