About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and oversee cost, scheduling, and risk management processes within the Engineering and Technical Solutions business unit. You will play a key role in ensuring project efficiency, budget control, and timely execution while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. This role requires mature Client interface and stake holder management skills, including working in an integrated manner. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement project control strategies for cost, schedule, and risk management for the ETS business. Coordinate project control activities including cost control, forecasting, budget management and revenue recognition on a monthly basis and offer support to the PU's in terms of ensuring compliance with business objectives. Central point of contact with other business performance units, but also the wider business area in terms of Planning, Finance, Cost and Risk. Managing cash flow and unbilled for the business. Ability to undertake cold-eye financial and wider project reviews on behalf of the PU's. Establish and enforce change management and risk assessment in the business Prepare and present progress reports, KPIs, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders as required Drive continuous improvement in project controls methodologies and best practices Here's What You'll Need Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects in the arena of consultancy, energy or manufacturing projects Proficiency in Power BI, Cost-Point, Primavera P6, MS Project or similar Strong stakeholder management experience, working with executive teams and clients Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in cost/financial management, project controls, planning, or cost management Certification such as PMP, CCP (Certified Cost Professional), PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or AACE certification Our Culture Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
