Job Purpose:
To repair or install GRP products
Key Accountabilities:
• Working with our customers to visit sites to repair/replace products
1. Liaising with site managers or home owners, good communicator
All CSR forms to be completed in detail to enable the customer care team to produce a report to customers
Forms to be completed with the relevant fields completed, date, time, mileage and customer signature, description in detail of work carried out.
Photos before and after works competed
This role will require occasional stop over night as and when required
The role requires onsite until work is completed
If you return early from site visit you are expected to gather all paperwork and parts for your job booked from service compound or relevant factory
All additional training will be provided
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
• Re-finishing skills and knowledge of fabricating essential
Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
2. Full Driving Licence

4. Good Communication skills
5. CSCS Card training will be provided
