The Role As a General Manager you will manage the day-to-day operation of our centre, which includes: Creating a culture of excellent customer service Driving the business growth through local promotions and central product delivery Developing an annual business plan with the Regional Manager focusing on growth and financial target Creating a professional environment with training, appraisals, fair management and support team operations and strategy execution.
