We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Executive to join AXA Retail on a permanent basis. As Senior Partnerships Executive, you’ll drive and support the management and performance of the Partnerships Motor portfolio, including the Lloyd’s Banking Group. We’re seeking a highly organised leader to join us to lead the relationship with a key partner, assist with making pricing and underwriting interventions and ensuring good customer outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for the portfolio trading and governance as well as the accountability for delivering AXA’s business objectives through performance management of the account. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Leading and managing relationships, providing guidance and support to other team members to ensure high performance and achievement of organisational goals. Define and execute the relationship management and contact strategy for the partnership, engaging with stakeholders at all levels through trading meetings, strategic reviews, quarterly business reviews, and day-to-day interactions. Supporting the development and management of the partnership, collaborating with various teams across AXA Retail and, where applicable, AXA UK. Managing customer relationships as well as internal priorities to ensure the delivery of profitability and Gross Written Premium (GWP) plans. Acting as a key contributor to the ongoing development and execution of the Retail strategy and AXA’s overall business objectives. Providing oversight and management of governance, conduct, and compliance within the partnership. Working within agreed processes and ensure adherence to FCA, AXA, and other regulatory relationship management standards. What you’ll bring: Previous experience working within a Partnerships role at a senior level is essential. Proven ability to lead and motivate is essential. Sound knowledge of Insurance Principles and Practice, along with understanding and implementation of FCA and compliance requirements. Successful track record in profitable business development. Experience in both operational and strategic planning, with the ability to incorporate the wider AXA Retail business and strategy into your thinking. Competent in identifying, tracking, and enabling the achievement of planned benefits and intended outcomes. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of different audiences and influence for the right outcomes. Effective in handling conflict situations, maintaining an open mind while seeking a variety of opinions and options to ensure constructive conflict resolution. Committed to delivering customer-centric solutions and driving innovations for better customer outcomes. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
