The Inclusive Workforce Lead is a new role at Active Partners Trust (APT). It will play a key role in enabling the Making our Move plan. More specifically, the role will help us progress on the work set out within our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) and the ambition to:
‘Build a diverse workforce that understands and is reflective of the communities we work with and develop the skills of this workforce to be confident, competent and committed to inclusive and equitable practice.’

We are Active Partners Trust (Active Derbyshire and Active Notts) and we’re here to empower people to be active in a way that works for them. We do that by working with others to address inequality and sharing opportunities and ways to move more. We’re part of the network of Active Partnerships covering the whole of England and supported by Sport England. We work with many organisations and groups across our cities and counties to support and empower our communities.

Once you’ve digested the Job Description you will be asked 4 questions that form your entire application – this is what you’ll be assessed on. Online interviews on Monday 17th or Tuesday 18th February, followed by face-to-face interviews on Wednesday 26th February in Nottingham if successful.
