Our Head Office Employment Law department sits within HR and is looking for an Administrator to join a growing and high-performing team two days a week, these days can be either Monday and Tuesday or Monday and Wednesday. What you'll do Creating and inputting data onto excel spreadsheets, ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date Creation of employee correspondence using standard template letters Sending out letters to employees Filing and dealing with sensitive information Management of occupational health appointments Processing of invoices Carrying out research and analysing data for the Employment Law team Note taking in hearings and investigations for the Employment Law Team Supporting the Employment Law team with the administration of ACAS and Tribunal claims Supporting with the compliance of the business process mapping tool (ARIS) Supporting with the update and administration of our internal case management tool Supporting with the update and administration of our internal Compliance Management programme (CMS) Maintaining the filing system What you'll need Previous experience within HR and/or Employment Law is advantageous Strong administrative skills Team player with a proactive and positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good planning and organisational skills Methodical approach to problem solving Ability to work effectively on your own and in a team environment Good attention to detail What you'll receive 30 days holiday 10% in-store discount Sabbatical Enhanced family leave Pension scheme Plus, more of the perks you deserve includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.
