Job Title: Fundraising Manager
Location: Hammersmith, London – 3-4 days a week in the office during term time and full time working from home during school holidays
Contract: Permanent and full time – 37.5-hour week, Flexible working hours between 08.00 – 19.00 Monday – Friday
Salary: £45K
About the Organisation:
The Latymer Foundation at Hammersmith was established in 1624 by Edward Latymer, with the aim of offering financial support to children in the area, providing them with clothes and education.
Today, the Foundation runs Latymer Upper and Prep School and aims to provide bursaries to local children, ensuring access to a first-class education regardless of their family’s financial situation.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Fundraising Manager will be a key member of a leading development team. The Fundraising Manager focuses on community fundraising, managing the full cycle of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver strategy and tactics to increase giving and participation in support of annual bursary appeals.
2. Design stewardship tactics to thank supporters and develop compelling content for donors.
3. Provide a supporter experience that increases conversion and retention.
4. Develop case studies to illustrate the impact of donations.
5. Utilise insight and data to set, monitor, and evaluate appeal performance.
6. Manage the process of researching potential donors and supporters.
7. Manage a portfolio of leadership giving donors.
8. Work closely with Bursaries Appeal volunteers to raise awareness and increase giving.
9. Oversee the student-led bursaries fundraising Club (RAISE).
10. Prepare the annual budget proposal for fundraising appeals.
11. Manage the Fundraising Assistant to ensure their success in the role.

* Good IT skills and experience with Raiser’s Edge or other CRM database.
