Call Centre Agent - Bristol - 6-month contract - £14-£15 p/hour
Robert Half are working with a global organisation and are recruiting for a number of call centre agents to work on an initial 6 moth project. We are seeking ambitious and driven call centre agents with excellent communication skills who can make a real difference to a prestigious client.
The project is working with a high-profile financial services client so previous financial services experience is required
This role would suit someone with previous experience in roles such as Call centre agent, call handler, case handler, complaint handler or high-level customer service.
Responsibilities/Experience required
* Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
* Confident reaching out to clients via phone and written channels.
* Previous call centre experience
* Customer service experience.
* Following process and tracking progress.
* Ability to work and excel in a target driven environment.
* Experience in working as part of a team or individually.
* Highly motivated and results orientated.
