Contract : Part time
The Best Connection are recruiting for an Administrator for our established client based in the Shrewsbury area.
This will be an on-going Temporary to Permanent role with an immediate start date available.
Working Hours: 15-20 hours a week, flexible with days and times to suit the right candidate. The position will lead to a permanent role leading into 30 hours plus after a period of time, this can be arranged with the client.
Pay: £11.44 - £12.50 depending on experience.
Requirements:
* Previous admin Experience.
* Experience and Knowledge of using Quickbooks Software.
Duties:
* General admin.
* Using Quickbooks software (invoicing and accounts work).
* Answering the phones.
* Renewing company vehicle insurances and MOTs.
* Keeping on top of companies accreditations.
