Job Description
This is a really exciting time to join a Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 firm within their Property Damage team.
The instructions come directly from a number of different insurers and you will have the opportunity to work with on a mixed case load of high value property damage, policy coverage, product liability, construction & engineering, fraud claims with also some subrogated recoveries work.
You will be conducting advocacy and mediations and handling negotiations and trials.
As part of the role you will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will either be a Solicitor / Legal Executive with experience in handling property damage claims or a litigation lawyer who is confident with the CPR and looking for a new challenge!
