To operate in a highly political and sensitive environment. Support the portfolio of programmes/projects in demonstrating value for money tracking, managing and delivering agreed benefits. Provide specialist advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for directors and stakeholders. In depth analysis, interpretation, and production of complex and multiple reports Determine the strategic commissioning and planning of directorate projects, identifying interdependencies across projects, programmes and functions Provide commissioning expertise to system priority work this may be through joint working with system colleagues, through time-limited input to areas such as: carrying out service reviews, gap analysis, needs assessment, procurement, or population health management work.
