Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive Primary School ? We have an exciting opportunity for a TA to join an Ofsted-rated ‘Good' school, working mornings only, to support Primary and Middle School students.

This is a long term role working 5 mornings per week from 8:30 – 12:30 where you will be supporting students in years 5,6 and 7.
Job Role:
Supporting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum .
Assisting with classroom management and pupil engagement in a Primary School setting.
Providing one-to-one and small group support for students across KS2 and KS3 .
Encouraging pupil development and confidence through tailored interventions.
Helping to create a stimulating and positive learning environment.
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are met at all times.
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous UK school experience is essential.
Qualified at Level 2 or Level 3 in a relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum .
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting Class Teachers and working in a Primary School setting.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices.

This Teaching Assistant position is in Pershore, which is easily commutable from Evesham, Worcester, Drakes Broughton, Upton-upon-Severn, Kempsey, and Droitwich. The school has excellent transport links and offers onsite parking.
