We are looking to offer a CSC Supervisor the opportunity to join our expanding Plant & Fleet team based in Castleford .
About the team
With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than 9,000 vehicles and over 25,000 owned or externally hired plant assets.
Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.
About the role
As a CSC Supervisor with us, you will provide first line support for the CSC controllers, ensure that the department meets or exceeds the specified KPI targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience, responsible for the management of the midday and end of day ticket review process and provide key support to CSC Technical Support Manager where required.

What you’ll be doing as the CSC Supervisor:
We’re looking for people who are self-motivated, flexible, effective communicators who pride themselves in working to high-standards to provide high-levels of customer service. You will ideally have previous supervisory and call centre experience.
During busy periods you will assist the CSC controllers where required as well as providing support you will also keep track of team attendance, own the escalation process for missing assets, ensure system training and support with the onboarding process for new team members, set targets and goals in line with business objectives and own the ticket resolution process with end day and midday close out. provide support and mentoring to new employees. Cover for the CSC Technical Manager as required.
