They are now seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing team in Cambridge. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with removals or service-based sales experience looking to step into a role that combines both field and office-based sales.
The Role
As Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning new business and managing the customer journey from enquiry through to move day. You will:

Conduct customer surveys via home visits, video, and phone
*
Prepare accurate quotes based on client needs and job specifics
*
Identify customer buying criteria and tailor proposals accordingly
*
Follow up on all quotes and close sales opportunities
*
Support customers with insurance options and added-value services
*
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth move execution
*
Help refine and improve the sales process alongside the Group Manager
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and personable individual who can build rapport quickly and consistently deliver on targets. You’ll need:

Previous experience in sales (removals industry preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
*
A consultative, customer-first approach
*
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*
Commercial awareness and the ability to spot upsell opportunities

Confidence using CRM systems and quoting tools
