The Role: We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our teams within our Colchester community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves supervising a team of care staff, working closely with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Keep client notes updated in an appropriate, timely and professional manner. As part of the management team you will provide effective leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe and person centered service The daily running of the service Staff management Management and supervision of budgets and P&L Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times Oversee regular review and updates of documentation including risk assessments, support plans, MCA, safeguarding and DOLS, ensuring a countersignature is in place and any concerns are raised with the Registered Manager Applications are welcome from applicants who: Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 5 Hold or are working towards your Management and Leadership Qualification Experience of dealing with agencies and community groups. Knowledge of community services across the area. It is essential that you hold a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle in order to travel across North East Essex.
