We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join the team.
Location: Speke, Liverpool
Business area: Kier Construction – Build Centre
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Responsibilities
Within the role, the incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
* To manage process for the input of sub-contract certificates and subsequent payment using CRM tickets to keep business informed
* To keep master data up to date for all sub-contractor within business
* To manage the input of applications as received and to ensure all invoice-based applications have the correct backing documentation and are input right first time.
* To act as the business expert regarding all processing of information on the Oracle Application and Certificate platform.
* Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process across all functions.
* To promote and drive the use of best practise across all areas by collaborating with colleagues and supporting new initiatives.
* To assist in the identification and delivery of training to relevant resources to improve compliance.
* To promote Kier Group's values towards its stakeholders in order to meet or exceed their expectations and achieve the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the role, applicants will have the following experience and attributes:
* Good administration skills with experience of Oracle.
* Knowledge of commercial contracts within construction industry.
* Used to working across and liaising across multiple offices.
