DEPARTMENT MANAGER
As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience every day.

* Customer Experience: Through your passion for our products, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience to all our customers, from helping them find the perfect product to assisting them at the till.
* Lead by example: You’ll energize the team and ensure they have everything they need for their shifts to run smoothly, maintaining high brand standards and providing personalized experiences for customers.
* Store targets: Support the wider management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
* Store Standards: Maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, ensure stock replenishment, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
* An eye for visuals: Ensure high brand visual standards are met with the support of our Visual Team.
* Open eyes and ears: Cultivate a platform for active listening with your team and share ideas with your wider store partners.
* Store Operations: Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties in line with company processes and procedures.
* Executing the new: Support new product launches, floor set moves, and audits across the store, ensuring all team members are trained to complete required tasks.
About you…
* A wealth of experience: Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced store, demonstrating a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
