We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
1. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
2. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
3. Utilise advanced dental technologies and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive measures.
6. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
1. Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry.
2. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for dental applications is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
5. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring comfort and trust throughout their treatment journey.
