Job Title: Chef Manager
As Chef Manager, you will have full operational and financial responsibility for your school's catering facility. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service, demonstrating creative flair and originality to make a positive impact in the school catering industry.

Main Responsibilities
* Managing the team to ensure a consistently excellent dining experience for students and staff, adhering to company standards
* Leading the preparation of delicious, nutritious meals using fresh, sustainable ingredients; overseeing menu development
* Providing support and guidance to team members
* Leading, developing, coaching, and training staff positively and effectively
* Managing all aspects of the catering operation, including stock, food, and labor costs
* Controlling and improving all controllable costs
* Driving sales through promotions and value-added events
* Building positive relationships with clients and customers
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
* Conducting regular audits to maintain standards
Ideal Candidate
We seek someone passionate about maintaining high standards of food and service, with the following qualities:
* A positive leader who fosters teamwork
* Experience managing a team
* Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
* OND or HND qualification (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in a kitchen environment
* Financial understanding of gross profit management and sales target achievement
