We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for Membership Sales Advisors to join our team.
As the Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for helping to grow the leisure gym membership, swim lesson, and birthday party income. You will be dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure daily sales targets and KPIs are hit in line with site performance.
We are very keen to find an individual who can find opportunities to offer our fantastic facilities to the local community and support the growth of the contract.
In addition, there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff. You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts, and excellent development opportunities.

Lastly, you must show proactiveness and innovation within the role in addition to being self-motivated and target-driven.
