Delighted to be working with a Bristol based client who are looking for a Reward Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking to develop and progress their career and make real impact on the overall reward and benefits strategy.
In this role you will work closely with HRBP’s to deliver day-to-day operations within Reward, as well as supporting on annual reward & benefits cyclical activity and adhoc reward projects. This is a broad role that’s responsible for:
* First point of contact for all reward queries from HR as well as the wider business
* Data analysis on annual reward cyclical activity
* Management of the annual reward calendar
* Lead on updating and reviewing reward policies, procedures and processes.
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Data reporting
* Lead on annual benefit’s renewal activity
You will have proven experience of working within Reward and Benefits, able demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of salary reviews, salary sacrifice, preparation of spreadsheets around compensation as well as having an understanding of bonus pools. You will be highly numerate with excellent excel and analytical skills with the ability to scrutinise data and provide accurate and up to date reporting. You will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a curious mindset to challenge the norm and present new ideas.
