Sales Coach/Trainer - Bracknell - Hybrid
A successful Saas business based in Bracknell is looking for a Sales Coach/Trainer to join their team.
You will be coaching and supporting SDRs, BDMs, and Account Managers, so you will need to adapt your mentoring style to suit each individual's and department's needs.
You will have come from a sales background and be able to demonstrate a successful personal track record of outbound selling.

Typical Day-to-Day Duties:
1. Identify training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods
2. Assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions
3. Provide consistent support and coaching across the sales floor
4. Ensure all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales team smoothly
5. Build positive relationships through effective communication with colleagues, managers, and other departments
6. Provide developmental feedback to colleagues to aid their achievement of revenue and KPIs
7. Ensure your own continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current sales and development techniques and trends
Who/What Are We Looking For?
1. A proven personal track record in an outbound sales role
2. Experience in a similar Sales Coach/Trainer role
3. A genuine passion for people and their development
4. Ability to “think outside the box” and understand that everybody learns differently
5. An innovative, fast-thinking individual who can deliver results
