Position Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire Salary: £55k base salary Bonus: 21% bonus annually (paid out three times a year), £5k welcome bonus (1/2 paid in first month and 1/2 6 months in) Additional £5k 12 months service bonus Annual Leave: 32 Days (Including Bank Holidays) Join a Team That Invests in Your Growth We're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the operations of a brand-new 4-bed EBD Children's Home in Hatfield, set to open in early May. This is a unique chance to establish and shape a home from the ground up, ensuring exceptional care and support for children and young people. If you're ready to make a lasting impact and drive positive outcomes, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Deliver outstanding care and ensure children achieve positive outcomes. Manage daily operations, team performance, and service development. Provide therapeutic care alongside professionals, acting as a role model for children and staff. Oversee budgets, financial performance, and compliance with safeguarding legislation. Mentor staff, conduct appraisals, and facilitate training to QCF Level 3. What We're Looking For: 3 years' experience in a senior role within a similar environment. Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Working towards or completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and care legislation. Exceptional leadership, financial management, and people skills. Full driving license and flexibility for on-call duties.
