Are you passionate about working with older adults and up for a new challenge? Many of us have loved ones who have sadly been affected by mental health. Here on Cove Ward, we make it our priority to support those who experience mental health difficulties in later life in any way possible to improve their quality of life in a person-centred holistic way.
Our team is made up of psychiatrists, mental health nurses, healthcare support workers, psychologists, dietician, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and pharmacists, and we all work together to provide the best outcome possible for our service users.
We work with people during a period of time when they need compassion, understanding and support. Our work also makes a real difference to families and carers.
We strive to explore new and innovative ideas to improve our service in addition to the evidence-based care we deliver on a daily basis. If you are passionate about working with older adults with functional mental health difficulties or would like to gain experience in this rewarding field, then please apply. If you want additional information, or to visit the ward please contact the ward manager, Sarah McKeever.
