Job Description
Reporting to the Group E-commerce Manager, the Paid Acquisition Manager will focus on paid marketing and affiliate channels across AGS Airports’ multiple banks of websites; airports and parking white labels. This role will also be responsible for our current affiliate relationships and overseeing in the overall strategy.
Principle accountabilities
* Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other relevant channel covering PPC, display, search, re-marketing, DV360, video and others.
* Audit paid and organic channels to highlight gaps and advise on improvements.
* Provide strategic advice around the set up and delivery of campaigns across the marketing funnel.
* Regular PPC campaign execution including handling the set-up, optimisation, monitoring and tracking on platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Maintain and monitor audience targeting, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
* Delivery of campaign pixel creation, tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager and a deep understanding of Google Analytics 4.
* Set up, manage, and analyse Google Data Studio reports, Microsoft Bi or other analytics dashboards.
* Analyse, interpret and articulate well the data behind the results.
* Being comfortable with fast pace, and lots of change at short notice.
* Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company targets and budgets.
* Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
* A dedicated team player, and will be proficient with many optimisation tools, such as SEM rush, Google Ads etc to commercially leveraging Paid Marketing & Affiliates to their full potential.
Qualifications and experience
* Degree of equivalent, qualifications from Google and other relevant platforms
* Proven experience as a PPC Manager (at least 2 years), managing large scale budgets
* +2 year working in a similar PPC role
* Excellent attention to detail covering analytics skills to draw insights from multiple sources
* Experience in data analysis and reporting
* Strong Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
* Experience with Affiliate platforms, e.g., Affiliate Future / any other paid Acquisition platforms
* Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
* Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
* Familiarity of third-party bidding and feed management tools
* Familiarity with all Google and Microsoft stack
