Position: EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher Start Date: 2nd September 2024 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate EAL Teacher to join our inclusive and diverse school community. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored and effective English language instruction to EAL students. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that address language proficiency levels and individual learning needs. Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians to support students' overall development and integration. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Experience working with EAL students is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
