The HVAC Contracts Manager is required to drive the sales of HVAC installation across the North Region.
This role is with a well-established Manchester-based provider of HVAC solutions that offers a full turnkey solution to existing and new clients, who serve the Commercial and Public sectors. The position involves travel throughout the North West securing new business and overseeing installation projects.
The ideal candidate must have experience and a track record in securing installation contracts and capitalising on new business opportunities. This role offers career progression to Director level, with the potential for company shares in the future.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the entire process from initial inquiry and quotation through to installation and commissioning handover.
2. Develop new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones.

The company is located in the North West, just off the M62, so candidates should be within a commutable distance of Manchester. The role will be hybrid-based with 2-3 days in the office.
Job Requirements
1. Successful background in full turnkey solution contract management.
2. Knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Daikin air conditioning equipment.
3. Occasional UK-wide travel as required selling to M&E Companies, End Users, etc.
4. Full driving licence.
5. Be based within a commutable distance to Manchester Offices.
Salary & Benefits
£50-55K Depending on experience
Company Car or Car allowance £5400 per annum
