Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work within a team of 6 to help deliver key outcomes within a project. Client Details Our client is a marketing leading organisation, given the start of a new project within the business, they need additional help. Situated in Hedge End, the modernised offices are easily accessible via public transport as well as being close to the M27. You will be required to go into the office on a hybrid basis. Description As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for: Processing high volumes of invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Matching and coding of POs Dealing with supplier queries Liaising internally with other teams where appropriate Profile In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role, you must be able to do most, if not all, of the above.
