Turbine is a new style Media Agency within the Mission Group. We provide centralized Paid Performance Planning and Media Activation for all Mission Group Agencies and their clients. We are currently building our team to deliver against several client wins across various sectors. Role
The role…
As a Paid Social Director, you will support the social team in managing paid promotional efforts through social media. You will develop strategy for paid social promotion and be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns. Additionally, you will manage the existing Paid Social Executive and look to expand the team.
What will I be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with internal brand partners to influence clients’ social media goals and deliverables, issuing timely and accurate documentation and correspondence.
* Researching target audience interests on social media to develop targeting strategy.
* Developing campaign structure and setting up campaigns within social platforms.
* Compiling data across social media platforms and creating reports with key metrics for insights and future strategy development.
* Identifying and implementing optimizations.
* Staying updated on changes in the social media space and communicating key updates to the team.
* Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients for paid social campaign management.
* Managing client-facing deliverables and communications specs, program details, and deadlines.
* Participating in client status calls and financial meetings, providing timely follow-up.
What will I need?
You should have an agency background with demonstrable knowledge of brands, categories, channels, and processes. A deep understanding of social media platforms such as Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok is essential, along with knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe SiteCatalyst, and bid management tools such as Marin and Kenshoo.
