• The Operations Manager is responsible and accountable for all activities related to operations, service delivery and productivity to ensure all necessary requirements are met.

DELIVER
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred
3. 8+ years progressive production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
4. 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
5. Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
6. High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
7. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
9. Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
10. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
11. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
12. Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
