They are seeking a Senior Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, drive cost savings, and strengthen supplier relationships within a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement activities including supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing strategies. Develop and implement cost-effective procurement solutions aligned with business objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new sourcing opportunities. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of service, quality, and delivery performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, and project management. Maintain accurate procurement records and utilise procurement software for efficiency. About You: Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiation skills with a commercial mindset. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and trend analysis. Effective communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally. Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems; experience with valves, fluid control, or engineered manufacturing products is advantageous. CIPS Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. What's on Offer: Full-time, on-site role based in Brighouse.
