🌟 The Role
As the Executive Assistant / Founder’s Associate, you'll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, enabling them to focus on top-level priorities by providing operational, administrative, and strategic support. From managing investor communications and board materials to supporting internal initiatives and customer relationships, you’ll play a central role in helping the business scale.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Investor & Stakeholder Support:
* Manage a Virtual Data Room, coordinate grant applications, prepare shareholder meeting materials, and help drive fundraising and investor engagement.
* Executive Support:
* Oversee diary management, scheduling, and travel logistics. Draft communications, prepare agendas, take high-quality meeting minutes, and follow up on key actions.
* Strategic Project Involvement:
* Collaborate across departments on key initiatives, support budgeting and reporting, and conduct market research to inform business decisions.
* Operational Coordination:
* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, support CRM management, and assist with events and company-wide communications.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a high-level Executive Assistant, operations, or administrative role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident using CRM and document management tools
* Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
