Our school is seeking a dedicated individual to support in the classroom as SEN support. The role involves managing behaviour and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Working Hours and Duration
1. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
2. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 6 months of school experience.
* Possess a minimum Level 2 qualification in teaching and learning support.
* Have experience supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
* Be positive, enthusiastic, reliable, and work well with others.
* Be confident in adjusting approaches to behaviour management for SEN pupils.
* Understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
