The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our existing team to help save customers money. As an outbound team, you will deal with warm leads to provide customers savings on their utility bills. We work with over 20 leading energy suppliers including the big 6 in order to provide the best prices to help customers save money on their bills.
All new starters are provided with comprehensive training. Weekly reviews are carried out by Management to ensure ongoing support is provided. We will provide all product training to exceed at the job.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, sales-driven, and money-motivated individual with the desire to succeed. The role is open to school leavers or graduates as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
1. Prospecting for new business, utilising the existing client database, and contacting new businesses using warm leads provided.
2. Making outbound calls, representing the company in a professional way over the telephone.
3. Asking questions and collecting information.
4. Working individually and as part of a proactive sales team.
The Person
For this role it is desirable but not essential that you have the following:
* Previous Sales or Telesales experience.
* Cold calling experience.
* Lead generation.
* A closing mentality.
* Resilience and a “never give in” attitude.
* An effective and professional communication style.
* The confidence to liaise with large corporate clients in a polite and professional manner.
* The ability to think on your feet and work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Employee Benefits:
* Excellent basic salary of £20,000 - £30,000 + commission (OTE £70k).
* Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 6:00pm.
* 20 days annual + bank holidays.
