Our mission: helping people to a better future About the role We are looking for a motivated Private Client & Agriculture Solicitor, to join our dynamic team in Royston. You will provide tailored legal services to a range of clients, including those from farming backgrounds. Manage a portfolio of clients, anticipating their needs in wills, trusts, tax planning, and probate. What this role would include Provide high-quality, proactive legal advice. Manage a mixed caseload with appropriate supervision. Achieve fee targets and assist team members in doing so. Deliver cost-efficient legal services using technology. Enhance the firm's reputation through professional and community activities. What we are looking for While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement: Demonstrated success in handling complex private client cases, with a proven track record of delivering favorable outcomes. Possession of a Law degree, completion of the LPC and a two-year training contract, or holding a qualifying degree with completion of the GDL one-year conversion course, LPC, and a two-year training contract.
