Senior Business Support Officer
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £18/hr
Start date: ASAP
Full time: Mon - Fri, 35 hours a week
Duration: This is a 3-month initial placement. Hybrid working pattern with on-site working at least 3 days per week (these are not set days and will be dependent on business need).
Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities to find a Senior Business Support Officer in the Liverpool area. The role supports the Workforce Development / Academy team, Practice Development Officers, and Principal Social Worker to ensure the team runs smoothly and effectively in managing all student and ASYE placements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organisation of training booking events, room invites, tracking attendance, and issuing certificates.
2. Diary management and meeting arrangements for the Head of Service.
3. Issuing and recalling IT equipment.
4. Registering student placements and Practice Educator activities.
5. Assisting with grant applications.
6. Managing ASYE portal registrations.
7. Creating purchase orders from training commissioning, including supervision training.
8. Assisting with the implementation of the Mind Of My Own project.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all IT systems, confident in communication, and able to produce high-quality, consistent work within highly pressurised timescales. Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative. A background understanding of social care and social work is preferred.
