Credit Controller Role Overview
Due to ongoing business growth and development, my globally operating client is recruiting for a proactive and results focussed Credit Controller to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a people focussed business who can offer a number of benefits.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
* Managing individual ledger of over 500 accounts
* Proactively chasing current and aged debt via telephone and email, ensuring prompt payments.
* Working to individual revenue targets to ensure the efficiency of the overall team.
* Reporting on ledger balances.
* Management of any problematic debt, taking necessary action and escalating as required.
* Query resolution regarding to billing errors etc, working with the wider Finance Team to resolve.
* Support with cash allocation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Credit Controller Required Experience:
* Previous experience in a B2B Credit Control position.
* A motivated and target driven approach to the collection of outstanding debt.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Excellent computerised systems skills (Intermediate + Excel skills)
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to reach individual and team targets.
* The desire to continue in a Credit Control career path.
