The Kinesis Operations department are seeking a Project Administrator to support their Telematics product.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Working on large volume of challenging projects with predominantly public sector-based clients you will have day to day responsibility for associated project management administration and the following:
2. Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
3. Produce project tracking documentation
4. Identify resources and assign responsibilities
5. Support the Project Manager with day to day project management
6. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
7. Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient Implementation of the project(s)
8. Assess the level of project management required on each project from light touch, high level reporting to detailed management
9. Identify and report on project progress using Microsoft Project where appropriate
10. Prioritise, manage and report on the project pipeline, working with key stakeholders
11. Develop and enhance project reporting and status reports in Excel and MS Project
12. Ensure that you uphold, and work in accordance with Radius Information Security Policies and Procedures
What skills / experience are we looking for?
13. Experience of working in extremely busy project management environment
14. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients at any one time
15. Excellent knowledge of Excel
16. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
17. Ability to work in a fast pace environment
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable skills:
19. Some exposure to the Prince Methodology environment.
20. Knowledge of MS Project to develop new plans and remove the reliance on Excel.
