Our client is looking for a General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead their sales efforts across multiple divisions, including UK Sales, Export, GEDA, and Laser & Fabrication. This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company where you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our clients market reach. As General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our clients sales operations, ensuring each department meets its targets while maintaining strong leadership within the team. Your role will be a mix of strategic planning, team management, sales performance monitoring, and marketing coordination. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales targets and growth strategies for all sales divisions. Create sales forecasts in collaboration with each team and communicate them to production in a timely manner. Monitor and evaluate monthly sales performance across all divisions. Present sales reports, performance updates, and strategic plans to the board.Trade Shows & Marketing Coordination: Identify, plan, and oversee trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring strong brand presence and lead generation.
