About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join a dynamic sales team, overseeing 4 venues (bars/restaurants) – 3 in Central London and 1 outside London. This exciting role offers the chance to contribute to the growth of the business by securing large event bookings and driving sales across all venues. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for sales and hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and increasing event bookings. You'll be part of a team of Business Development Managers and will report to the senior management team. Please bear in mind the position is fully on site.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across your venues.
* Focus on securing large event bookings, contributing to the growth of business.
* Focus on a 70/30 split between proactive and reactive sales efforts, with a focus on expanding business opportunities.
* No direct team management but work collaboratively with a team of other BDMs to meet targets.
About You:
* A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and hospitality.
* Any hospitality sales background is welcome!
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
* Comfortable working primarily in-venue, with minimal working from home.
