We are currently working with a national specialist in lift engineering, with multiple regional branches across the UK, and boasting an excellent reputation within the industry to recruit for an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer covering South Yorkshire.
The role of the Lift Service & Callout Engineer will involve the following duties;
* Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of lift systems.
* Diagnosing and repairing faults, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Performing routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Responding promptly to emergency callouts on your designated on-call day, on a 1 day in 12 basis.
* Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
* Providing excellent customer service and support.
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
* Participating in continuous professional development and training.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Lift Engineer or similar role.
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Strong knowledge of lift systems, components, and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
