They are recruiting for an ambitious and hungry Water Treatment Account / Sales Manager, with a strong proven track record within the industry. The role predominantly will consist of actively researching for and winning new contracts of work, to build up the portfolio of clients within the region. You will need to have an excellent understanding of how to best service client accounts in order to both nurture and grow company revenue streams. Experience / Qualifications: - Must have a successful history of working as an Account Manager within a Water Treatment firm - Will have excellent technical knowledge (i.e. ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines) - Proven success in identifying and bringing in new business avenues - Will have experience and knowledge of both domestic hot & cold systems as well as process systems - Strong client-facing skills - Robust written ability - Proactive attitude - IT literate The Role: - You will be a pivotal driving force to grow business contracts within the Midlands region - Managing key accounts for Water Treatment, Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System clients - Identifying new client leads and following up in order to onboard and grow the company's client base - Establishing and renewing client contracts - Meeting clients on site to outline contractual requirements and answer any technical queries - Up-selling further services to clients - Being the first port of call for clients, handling complaints and technical issues - Supporting engineers on site - Writing thorough reports outlining account performance - Working closely with other members of the management team and directors to oversee smooth running of contracts Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.
