Role: Site Administrator Contract: 6 - 12 Months (possibility of extension) Salary: £13.84 per hour Hours: Flexible, can work 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm - 40 hours per week Location: Warwickshire Responsibilities for this Site Administrator role Inputting site operational information into relevant spreadsheets Inputting site allocation data into relevant spreadsheets - staff, labour, materials & plant Uploading site documents to BC - working with the SB3 document control team Maintain and update office notice boards with relevant information Co-ordinate with the internal training and competency team and relay training course requirements to site operatives Maintain site registers for briefing attendance / H&S induction Act as the first point of call for the client's Office Administration A full job description will be provided Skills required or this for this Site Administrator role The ideal candidate must have a self-driven attitude and show the ability to use his/her initiative for everyday tasks and be able to work well under pressure. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of document control systems preferable - Business Collaborator, PIM etc Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills. Attention to detail Work well within a team environment but also capable of working without supervision. Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn.
