Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of vehicles to a high standard. Deliver excellent customer service by collaborating effectively with the team. Utilize your technical expertise to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired efficiently and safely. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. Complete repair and service records accurately. Carefully analyse work orders to ensure an accurate understanding of vehicle conditions and agreed-upon work. Key Attributes and Skills: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). Proven diagnostic skills with a deep understanding of automotive systems. Honest, diligent, and customer-focused approach. Flexible and reliable, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Systematic, organized, and detail-oriented.
