The Systems Support role is within the HR Systems Team - you will be responsible for administrating the Charity's main eRostering system, Allocate Health Roster. The system is used by managers throughout the Charity to design and deliver work rosters and manage absence (including sickness and annual leave). The role provides high quality, first-line operational support and advice, promoting best practice across clinical and non-clinical areas to both managers and staff. The role involves:
* Identifying and solving problems with rostered activity to ensure all activity is captured and staff members are paid correctly.
* Managing changes to staff working patterns and roster (including moves between different operational areas).
* Taking queries from staff members and managers about their rostered activity
* Educating and training all levels across the charity in system use and correct rostering practice.
* Supporting improved roster practice, through a business partnering approach to ensure correct administrative procedures are followed.
As part of an enabling function, your contribution is essential in ensuring our clinical teams can focus on caring for our patients and service-users - essentially helping others to help those most in need.
* Excellent attention to detail.

* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent customer service with emphasis on service delivery.
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritising work to meet competing demands/deadlines and adjusting as required.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Experience working both as part of a team and use own initiative.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a system led department.
* Minimum of 1 year experience supporting and administrating key HR systems.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of key HR Systems and system integration.
* Process knowledge of the HR Systems that support all areas of HR and the wider business landscape.
* Experience in delivering system training.
* Solution Focused/excellent problem-solving skills.
