Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first-line technical support.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
3. Troubleshoot software issues (Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, common applications).
4. Resolve network connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, DNS, LAN).
5. Basic Azure AD administration (password and multi-factor resets).
6. Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android).
7. Maintain and update IT documentation: Maintain and update internal knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and solutions.
8. Assist with IT projects: Participate in IT projects as required (e.g., hardware upgrades, software deployments).
9. General administrative support: ensuring the office is appropriately organized, general assistance.
10. Provide technical training: To provide technical training on our system to new starters and other employees as necessary.
11. Desktop support: Image and deploy new workstations, provide remote support to users.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
2. Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
3. Experience with common software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, web browsers).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
