As the Global CRM Content Editor, you are responsible for generating and developing written communication for our global CRM deliveries that drive customer engagement and increase sales.
Your Responsibilities
* Produce engaging on-brand copy and content items for global CRM journeys and various channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, etc.) in an efficient manner.
* Responsible for CRM copywriting, coordinating with global/local teams, managing deadline documents.
* Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the target audience and create copy that resonates with them and delivers strong click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.
* Create and analyze A/B tests for subject lines and CTAs, driven to continuously improve CRM communication performance.
* Edit content in SFMC according to specifications.
* Involved in ad-hoc projects developing ideas and copywriting for different features, launches, and tools communicated in CRM.
What Are We Looking For?
* Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills.
* Proven experience with CRM/email copywriting best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Great attention to detail plus the ability to communicate clearly.
* Ability & experience pairing creative writing with design, data, and analytics.
* Ability to interpret current trends and conversations and turn them into a single-minded creative communication idea.
* More than 5 years’ experience in professional and commercial writing from working in an agency or in-house creative team.
* 1+ year of experience in writing effective and engaging content for email marketing.
* A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media, or journalism.
* Native English speaker or several years working with English copy.
* You have proven conceptual skills and a strong record in creating immaculate copy in English that stands out from the crowd.
* A true passion for fashion and beauty.
